Archiving Policy

To ensure the long-term availability of published articles, the SPEC Journal of Management (SPECJM) employs the following archiving strategy:

• All published articles are permanently archived on the journal’s server.

• Authors are encouraged to self-archive the final published version of their articles on personal, institutional, or public repositories.

• The journal plans to integrate with recognized digital preservation services in the future (e.g., LOCKSS, CLOCKSS).
