Author Guidelines

We invite researchers and professionals to submit original and unpublished manuscripts that contribute to the field of management.

Submission Guidelines:

• Manuscripts must be written in clear English.

• Word limit: 4000–8000 words (including references).

• Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

• Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Double-Spaced

• Citation Style: APA (Latest Edition)

Manuscript Structure:

1. Title Page (Title, Authors’ names, Affiliations, Corresponding Author Email)

2. Abstract (150–250 words)

3. Keywords (4–6 words)

4. Introduction

5. Literature Review

6. Research Methodology

7. Results and Discussion

8. Conclusion

9. References

Ethical Considerations:

• Manuscripts must be free from plagiarism.

• Simultaneous submission to other journals is prohibited.

• Proper ethical approval must be obtained for studies involving human participants.
